KIDGETS AT THE AVENUES MALL

Italy joined France, Haiti and Africa for a trip "Around the World" at Avenue's Mall on Saturday, July 11. The kids-oriented event featured flags, artifacts and cultural information about the various countries. IAC's display was the most popular one as smiling faces and busy hands made collages of the colorful and historical sites of Italy. They learned the colors of the Italian flag by coloring red, white and green banners. The POTIAC and FLOTIAC manned the booth throughout the busy morning. The Corteses enjoyed being ambassadors of our Club and promoting our Italian heritage in the community.
